Cancelation Policy
Due to high volume, there is a charge for no-show appointments. We understand life can get busy and things can come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at 952-445-7956 to let us know. Many times we are able to help another patient by fitting them into that appointment space.
* Wellness or General Appointments: If needed, please reschedule or cancel within 12 hours prior to your appointment. We are happy to find an alternative time that works better for you. There is a $25 charge for no-show appointments.
* Surgery Appointments: Surgery appointments are usually in high demand. Please provide 24 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule. There is a $75 charge for no-show surgery appointments or short notice cancelations.
* Orthopedic or Specialist Surgery Appointments: In this situation, a referral surgeon is booked to come into the clinic to perform a specialized surgery. There is a $300 non-refundable deposit required to book specialist surgeries. A 3 day notice is needed for cancelations or to reschedule.
